In return, members of Black Ops get access to classified information about where the reports are going and what we are learning as we create them. Membership is invite only.

In light of recent events in the prophetic landscape, we are taking this moment to reflect on the process of our reports.The blind method has been a cornerstone of our work, and we’ve seen incredible fruit from it, a chorus of voices unlocking insights that lead people into deeper dialogue with God. Scripture tells us, “We know in part and we prophesy in part,” (1 Corinthians 13:9) and we consistently see that reality reflected in the reports: multiple partial perspectives coming together to form a broader picture rather than a single, absolute conclusion.
We are not stopping, but we do want to ensure that every step we take points people not to a report as the ultimate authority, but to engage God’s voice personally. We care deeply about how people partner with the voice of God, and we believe there is real power in the body coming together, each person contributing their part with humility and discernment.
To be clear: no one on our team is paid to prophesy. We began doing this simply for the joy of it. We completed multiple reports before we ever began making reports available for purchase. As interest in our work grew, the time commitment required additional staff and oversight. We coordinate a group of volunteers on a weekly basis for a lab where we train our team and they contribute their prophetic words. We then collect the words, copyedit them, and carefully review them to ensure what is written honors the recipient. How we express ourselves on paper requires a watchful eye, as tone can be easily misconstrued. Additionally, the words are analyzed, which requires reading, comprehension, and interpretation, often taking anywhere from four to ten hours depending on the type of report. Finally, we want to ensure the layout and design is presented clearly and cohesively, which all takes time. It is simply more than we could offer on a purely volunteer level if we are going to do it in an organized and responsible way.
We have cherished your testimonies, and we love the wonder and unfolding mystery that has occurred through this process and through the reports. We have been on a wondrous ride with you, learning more about the Kingdom through your stories of what has happened as a result of these reports, everything from faith being built for new pivots, to breakthroughs in businesses, to even assisting anti-trafficking organizations with their missions. We have had a front-row seat to witness the power of what happens when the body comes together.
This is a unique time for us to step back and ask if there are ways we can create better structure on how to process a prophetic report and provide as much support as possible for the judging and weighing of these words. We are looking closely at how we can strengthen accountability and steward this work with even greater care. As 1 Corinthians 14:40 says, “But all things should be done decently and in order.”
Above all, we care about God and God’s Kingdom, and we care about how people are being led in relationship with Him. The reports are simply prompts meant to spur ongoing dialogue with God and to engage personal discernment. And as we refine what we do and how we do it, our hope is that we can steward this process even more faithfully, wisely, and beautifully, so that everything continues to point back to the same place: God at the center, and people drawn closer to God’s heart.
